Events not showing in Calendar

I have setup several different menu items to show different location event calendars but they aren't showing the events. In the back end I can see the events under the locations but not in the front end on the matching location calendar.

Here's the front end calendar which the location is the Civic Library (Woodville): Calendar

And attached is the backend picture showing all the events happening at this location.

Yet these events show using the search (Location - Civic Library (Woodville) at the top of the page - just not in the calendar view.

I've just noticed that the title of the event has brackets in it - does this affect it? I need them to be able to put brackets in the event title as they like to show age recommendations.

It's definitely the brackets in the title that is affecting it. If there is brackets in the title it won't show on the calendar.

I need them to be able to show brackets ( ) in their titles - is there a fix for this?

I don't have any clue why having brackets preventing the events from being showed in the calendar. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and the link to the page

We will check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted for you
