How can we export Event Times?

I am exporting my Events, and it only displays the Event DATE, and does not include the Event TIME, which we need as well.

We have identical events the same days, with different time slots that people can register for. On export no times are included and its difficult to manage. Am I missing a setting?

It can either be an additional column in the export (called "Event Time"), or even just added to the Event Date.

How can I achieve this?

Both date and time of the event will be exported in the event_date column of the Excel file (just tried again), so I don't understand why it doesn't work on your site

Maybe in your setup, you applied some format for that column via Excel (for example, force it to be Date data type) and it causes the issue?

This is resolved. There are two fields in the configuration, one called "Event Date Format" and the other called "Date Format". I had the "g:i a" included in the "Event Date Format", but NOT in the "Date Format" field. Once I added the time format to the "Date Format" (m-d-Y g:i a) field the times are now exported.

Yes, that's the solution. However, please also note that if you changed the format, it will change the other places where that format is being used

For example, on registrants list where register date is being displayed, it will change the format to include time as well
