Unfortunately, this feature is not supported. Maybe you can :
1. Edit the event, set the Capacity of that event to the number of registrants you want to take for that event
2. Then go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Unpublish when when it is full config option to No
The idea with that setup is that when the event has total number registrants reach the capacity you setup (thus you reach the income you want), it will be unpublished automatically by the system
