Permissions Bug

I have added "Event Registrant Management" to my menu items with Registered level permissions, but only the Administrator superuser can actually select the menu item. It is set in Joomla for Registered users, not public. So it appears as a valid menu item for Registered users, but when e registered user clicks on the item, it does not work. Public folks do not see the menu item.

It appears to me that Joomla is doing the right thing - but that Events Booking is not.
This also occurs with some other items as well.

If you want to give users from one group to be able to manage registrants, you need to set Registrants Management Permission of Events Booking for that group to allowed
