Registration not open yet was created by Nicky
Hi,
I'm new to Event Booking. I've set up all my events and have set my events registration start date to next week. I know I can see it in the event summary table but is there a way I can have text at the bottom of the table (where the registration buttons should be located) indicating that registrations aren't open yet? Something similar to the "We are no longer accepting any moreregistrations" message?
Not sure if I'm missing a setting or something.
Please note that I am not the website administrator and only have limited access to the back-end. I am happy to send the message on though.
Thank you in advance.

Hi Nicky
We might have to edit code to make it works like that. Please submit a support ticket:
1. Sending us super admin account of the site
2. Send us the link to the page which we should show that message
We will then have a developer to look at it and make the change for you (we will need to verify your order first, thought)

I'd be glad to use it too.
You can just give me the php code snippet with this condition (to insert it to a series of conditions for registration buttons) for timeline and event/default layout.

Thank you. I'll get our administrator to contact you. Will have to run it by them first.

On a similar topic, I'd like to be able to put events online purely so people could register interest, e.g.
1) We have a waiting list in a location at a time
2) We put up a new event just before the other event in the same location
3) People can register their interest in the event.
4) If enough people register their interest, we put on the second event and contact the people so that they can register fully for the event.
Its like a waiting list, in some ways, except the text is different.
At the moment, when we have a large waiting list for a location, if we organise and publish another event in the same location, we have to assume that the people interested in the event at the original time would still be interested in the new event at the new time.
Regards,
D
