Unable to checkin with QRCODE

Hi,

I seem to be unable to check in registrants by scanning the QRCODE.
Config "Activate Checkin Registrants" is set to yes. Logged in on both frontend and backend on my website as Super Admin on my phone. Scan works fine as I get a checkin url out of it.
But when I open the url in the browser on my phone it keeps coming up with 403 no permission to checkin registrant.

What am I missing/doing wrong here?

I guess for some reasons, the session was lost and it causes the issue. Could you please check and make sure the urls before and afraid login has same domain ?

I am thinking that the URL before login might contains www but the URL of the QRCode doesn't contain www and it causes the issue. Could you please check?

Hi Tuan,

I checked and you're right. The url of the QRCode didn't contain www. When I manually added the www to the url it worked like a charm.
I guess an easy fix would be to add a rewrite to my .htaccess to always add or strip the www. What do you think?
