Unable to Load Group Registration Form

Hi there.

When trying to load the group registration form I get a 301 Moved Permanently error message (complete with HTML code and a link that takes you to registration categories.) The individual registration form, on the other hand, works just fine. I switched templates just to see if there was some conflict, but result was the same - form would not work.

There was a thread from a few months ago about the group registration form not working, but there was no follow up about how this issue may have been solved. So, before opening a support ticket, any pointers about what I should be looking for?

I'm running Joomla 3.6.0 with Event Booking 2.8.1. BTW, I tried to update to the latest version 2.9.1, but Joomla couldn't find the install package/XM setup file (yes; I unzipped the first package as instructed.)

Thank you very much. I was able to update Events Booking, and have placed a support ticket. When this issue is resolved, I'll update this post for the benefit of anybody else that might run into the same problem.

Just wondering whether you found a solution to this problem?
I have a very similar issue trying to load the group registration form.

The error I get is: Call to member function get() on null

Whilst preparing a test site for you to access I discovered it works fine when Acesef was disabled. I have been busy this week but will take the issue to acesef unless you know of any known issues with acesef?

I guess Acesef tried to handle SEF urls in Events Booking itself and it causes the error. Try to check Configuration of Acesef, there should be an option to config it to use Joomla router for Events Booking and it should be OK
