EB 1.6.7 and Joomla 3.6.x

My site stopped working with my menus either not displaying or only showing a couple of items. In both cases, the rest of the template failed.

The issue has been traced to:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare EventbookingBuildRoute() (previously declared in /home/sites/csdg.co.uk/public_html/site/components/com_eventbooking/router.php:14) in /home/sites/csdg.co.uk/public_html/site/components/com_eventbooking/router.php on line 239

Please can you advise if this is related to my version of PHP (I was using 5.3.28 but am now on 5.5) or Joomla 3.6.x?

Although this is an old version of EB, it is adequate for my needs and I do not wish to upgrade unless absolutely necessary (we are a non-profit organisation with limited funds)

Please advise.

Only the most recent versions of Event Booking are compatible with Joomla 3.6.2.

Please purchase latest version (2.9.0 - was just released), upgrade it to your site and everything will work well

If you could not afford to update to that new version, you can get the file components/com_eventbooking/router.php from your site here, I will modify it and send it back to you to get it working
