Translation Problem

Hallo,

I will translate the Front-end Language, but I Cant find the keywords for all Sentences

I Need Keyword for:
- "Please enter information in the form below to process registration for event"
- "Please enter information in the form below to complete group registration for even"
- "Please enter number of members for your group registration. Number of members need to be greater than or equal 2. You can enter detail information of these members in the next step."
Both texts are used in the Registration and Group Registration

it is posible to download a Compleate - Laguage pack? I Need German.
or maybe can someone give me the keywords for this.
There is a documentation with all principles and words?

and one more question, can we hope for this week for an EB Update?
