I have installed and configured the Payeezy payment plugin. When I process a payment for an event, I get the merchant payment page, but the registration does not complete. When i check the Registrant list, the registration has a "x" in the status which I assume means that the payment site did not return a successful response.

I think the problem is that on the merchant payment setup page, I need to enter a valid "receipt link url", return link that the payment sited uses to return an acknowledgement. What value do I need to enter?

Hi Mike

The question is did you complete payment at Payeezy ? The status will only be changed from Pending to Paid after you complete payment

From your description, it seems you ignored payment when you are being redirected to Payeezy ?

Tuan,

I have submitted registrations for an event and I get a receipt from the Payeezy gateway that my payment was processed. When I check the registrant list, I see that I registered for the event but the status has an "x" in it.

EventBooking appears to not get the receipt confirmation. I'm using AUTO-POST for the return receipt on the Payeezy Payment Page.

Maybe you haven't configured your Payeezy payment page properly. Could you please make a screenshot of the account setting which you changed to work with Events Booking so that I can take a look?
