Location not displayed

I cannot see my location in the event details. The system found the long/lat but it doesn't show the map, not in backend and not in frontend. In frontend is also no text displayed.
What am I doing wrong?

Could be a Javascript conflict (I've heard other users report that Tuan has fixed similar map issues on their sites, with js conflict being the reason for it not working).

A couple things that you can check before submitting a support ticket:

• Make sure you have values entered into [ EB -> Configuration -> Map width ] and [ Map height ].
• If OFF, try turning ON [ EB -> Configuration -> Themes -> Show Location in Category View ] (I don't really think that this is the problem, but you can try it).

Petra is running a very old version (version 1.5.3 from 2013), so it must be something different. Asked him to submit a support ticket so that we can check to see why it happens and solve it
