Possible logic error in publishing/unpublishing

Hey Tuan,
I would like the front-end event creator to be able to edit their own events and create events and not delete them. All of these I can set in the front-end.

The problem is "Edit State". I want them to be able to EDIT STATE on their own events BUT not on the ones from the others... And that is not possible I think... It would need a further ACL option: EDIT STATE OWN

Or can you think of a solution?

I haven't had a chance to think about this case yet. Even Joomla core doesn't have EDIT STATE OWN permission, so I am not sure if we should introduce this kind of permission in Events Booking

Will need to think more about it before implementing in Events Booking booking if we decide to implement it. This must be in future releases 2.10.0 or 2.11.0 (I planned for 2.10.0 with some features already)
