I need help with Custom Fields on a Registration Form.
We have multiple categories of events, and the category determines how the event lists on our website.
When students first sign up for our classes, we need them to fill out a lengthier registration form with many custom fields. So we created a Category “Initial” to handle those particular events. And created custom fields that are supposed to show if the event has the Category “Initial”.
So I may have several events with the Category “Class”, but one of those events will also have the Category “Initial”.
I had hoped that when students register for an event that has the “initial” category, that they would be guided to the lengthier registration form, but that is not happening.
Is that because the Event has multiple categories?
