Do you make the integration changes to the ACYmailing plugin or does ACYmailing make the integration?

I am wanting the ability select the different status of the event to send emails to. So if I have people that are still pending I can send them an email to send in payment. And if they are all confirmed or payed status them I can send them the details of the event. I have an issue where people register and then cancel. Then they get emails meant for the paid or pending lists and then they call or email because they canceled and want to know we are sending them emails to pay or details of the event. Or even sending the canceled another opportunity to re register.

So in short it would be nice to select multiple or a single status to send emails to.

It is me developing the integration. However, the integration is not flexible like you want. We just assign registrants of the events into ACYMailing List and when you want to send newsletter, you will send to that selected mailing lists in ACYMailing

There is no way to filter, I think

For your need, maybe you can try to use Mass Mail feature in Events Booking;

1. Go to Events Booking -> Registrants

2. Filter the registrants based on the status (there is status filter in the dropdown)

3. Select the registrants you want to send emails (maybe use Check all checkboxes to check all registrants in the list)

4. Press Mass Mail button in the toolbar, it will allows you to sending emails to selected registrants

Not very like way but it should help solving your problem for now
