Problem with Individual Registration was created by Danny Poole
Hi,
I have updated my site to Joomla 3.6.0 then that broke my older version of EB, I have now updated with the latest version of EB (2.8.1) and that fixed the blank screen problem. I have just realised that when I use the Individual registration it goes to a screen with no information, when I use the Group registration it works fine.
Can you please have a look?

Hi Danny
Maybe you upgraded from quite old version of EB ? If so, access to any page of Events Booking in the backend(for example, Events Booking -> Events, then access Tools-> Purge URLs)
After that, refresh the page which display list of events and try again. It should solve the issue
if it still not being sorted, check the html folder of your site template. If there is a folder called com_eventbooking, try to rename that folder and check it again. It should solve the issue
If both of the works above don't solve the issue, please submit a support ticket so that our support staff can check it directly on your site for you
