Event Booking 2.8.1

I am running EV 2.5.0. How long will that be supported?
Do I need to purchase 2.8.1 if I already purchased 2.5.0 in the past?
I have a production site and sandbox mirror image site for testing. Can I install one copy on both sites?

Hi Bob

1. For normal support request, you will receive one year support from us for each purchase (from the time you purchased the product)

2. Bugs report should be supported for at least 2 years:). So if you found a bug in the extension, just submit a support tickets and our dev will check it for you.

However, as I replied on other forum post, because of one changes in Joomla 3.6.0, you need to update to EB 2.8.1 if you want to use Joomla 3.6.0

I did a quick check and don't see order associated to your account. So please submit a support ticket lettting me know PayPal Transaction ID of the purchase (or the email you used to purchase the product) so that I can find order and assign it to your account so that you can get latest version to update if your subscription is still valid
