I notice that event registrants are being listed in the Contacts component, under a Contacts Category called Bronze (as well as becoming Joomla users). Is this normal? I don't even have a Contacts category called Bronze?? Is there a config setting that would be causing this?
In Joomla, there is a plugin called "User - Contact Creator". If you have that plugin enabled, when someone register for an account on your site (they might do that via Events Booking), I think Joomla will add them as a contact. I think that might be the reason causing the issue
So check your site, if that plugin is enabled, you can disable it to solve the issue
