Hello, I just implemented Events Booking in my site and I have a weird problem.

The QRCode checkin process is working fine with individual registrations.

However, it does not work with group registrations.

Everything goes fine until we read the QRCode and we get the "Succesfully checkin registrant" message, but the registrant is not check in.

I have tried with different group combinations (asking for data for additional members and not asking for it, and I cant get it to really check in the registrant.

I have been searching the forums about this without any luck. Any clues about what I should check?

Other than this the software is excellent and everything else works like a charm for me.

Since we plan to open registration tomorrow 010716, it'd be a bit urgent to get some help with that issue if possible.

Hi Jeroni

Actually, that's how it is designed to work. When you perform a group registration for 2 registrants for example, that QRCode can be used to check-in 2 times (so that 2 members can use the same QR Code for checking if they don't come at the same time)

After both person checked in, the checked in should be changed properly to Checked In.

Does it make sense? Could you please try again and confirm that it is working as expected?

Hi,

Would this be why when I try and check-in a group, it says successful but doesn't change the status?

Is there anyway to set a config option for single or multiple group checkins?

Remember that we worked together via support ticket to have it working as you requested. I will consider adding a config option to allow checking in all group members with just a QRCode scan
