Custom field displayed in group billing info

Hello,
I created a custom field to offer the registrants to indicate wether he/she will be present at either one or both sites of the event.
So, when I enter the member info for each group member I make the choice by clicking the checkboxes of the custom field. Then I click Next to get to the billing info screen. On this screen, too, the custom field is displayed and I have to make a choice for the billing person, but this person is not part of the group. In this case, the billing person is not a group member, and he/she only enter the required info to complete the billing info (cf. attached screenshot). If I want the billing person be part of the group, I would add extra member info for him /her.
1. Does there exist a possibility to distinguish between member info and billing person info?
2. Does there exist a possibility to decide whether custom fields should be displayed on the billing info screen or not?

Hi Léon

Yes. It is controlled in Display In property / setting of the custom field. Edit that custom field, set Display In to Group Members Form and Individual Billing Form (the last option if I remember correctly) and it will solve the issue
