Event with different category : age, discipline...

Hi there,
I'm developing a website for a surfing league.
They want to allow visitors to subscribe to competitions.
I would like to use Events Booking extension, but I don't know if I will be able to create different categories (age, discipline, etc..). Every category will have limited number of subscriptions.
Could you help ?

This question is not very clear, so it is hard for us to give you the correct answers:

1. Events Booking does allows you to divide events into different categories

2. For each event, you can limit number of registrants can register for that event (the limitation is applied for each event, not to each category)

I think he's looking to sub-divide the capacity within the event. Something like:

eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/basic-s...ustom-field-quantity

Does for 8 males and 8 females within an event of maximum 16 entries?
