Try uninstall & reinstall Event Booking, and see if that resets it. I think it should.
If it does not, uninstall it, go into your mySQL database manager (such as phpMyAdmin -- your webhosting provider should provide some tool for this), and delete (drop) all the ABC_eb_* tables (where ABC is your site db table prefix). Then reinstall EB.
