Mini Calendar module - Current date and results

Hi Everyone,

I have a couple of queries regarding the mini calendar module of Events Booking.

1.) I live in Australia and the current date is shown as the current date in other countries on the other side of the globe. I have set up both the server (in global configuration) and Event Booking as in Australia, but it doesn't help. Any clue about how I can fix this?

2.) When clicking on a certain date I would like to events to be displayed in a Timeline format/layout. Is this possible?

#1=> It is strange. Could you please attach a screenshot showing the error so that we can check?

#2=> Unfortunately, it is not possible (by default). There will be code modification needed in few places and will take few hours of working (2 to 3 hours) and it will cost you about 40$ if you want to have this modification

Thanks for your prompt response, and apologies for my delay in getting back to you.

I have worked around the second point in my thread/post. I might in the future contact you for a few customisations.

I still need to fix the problem with the mini calendar displaying the today date as in other country but not Australia. I have attached a screenshot of the 'current date and time' in google next to one of the websites where I'm using your plugin and the mini calendar module.
I would appreciate if you could guide me through to fix the issue.

I will review the code of the mini calendar during this weekend and make sure it is correct. I will update you with the result on Monday

If it is a bug, I will fix and update download package with the fix, too

I have the code implemented which I believe will fix the issue. Could you please send an email to tuanpn@joomdonation.com? I will send the updated version to you so that you can setup it to your site and check the result

Sorry, it seems I missed your email. However, as it is not a big issue, please wait for the new version (I already committed the code to latest codebase on our dev server). I plan to release new version 2.9.0 which contains some improvements (and it also fixed this issue) on Monday next week.

So come back to us on Monday / Tuesday, get latest version upgrade it to your site and the error should be gone
