eb_urls table and SEF

Hi folks,

is it safe to delete all the entries in the eb_urls table? and let EB rebuild all the SEF URLs again.

Somehow a customer added multiple categories with the same name, deleted , added generally confused things and now I have a "view By Category" link that if SEF is disabled, everything works fine, but with SEF enabled the link tries to find an old (deleted) category and displays the sites frontpage with a message saying the category is invalid.

Or is there an easier way to reset just this categories EB_URL and checksum correctly.

edited the eb_urls table in MySQLWorkbench, deleting all references to the old categories and any event_id's with old category id's and everything is good now.

There is a simple way. Go to Events Booking -> Categories for example, then access to Tools -> Purge URLs and EB will truncate the data of #__eb_urls table
