Registrant listed after registration cancelled

Hello,
when a registration is cancelled at Paypal payment page during the registration process, the message "Your registration for event ... was cancelled", but the registrants are put on the list of registrants.
Is there a workaround for this issue?

I think it happens because you set Show Pending registration records config option to Yes

Please change it to No, then check it again. It should work well

Hello,
I set the "Show Incomplete Payment Records" to NO, without effect.
For me, a cancelled event is not pending at all.
And I want to see the incomplete payments records in the registrants list.

Actually, we don't change status of the registration record to cancelled when users don't make payment at PayPal.

The cancelled status is used for different purpose. It is when users register for the event, completed payment, then cancelled the registration later

If you really want to change the status of that record to cancelled, then please submit a support ticket and I will modify code for you. For me, the registrant doesn't make payment yet, so it is just Pending

I don't think it is really important in this case (by default, the system treat him as none-registrant and won't be showed on the list)
