Purchased Events Booking but have not received it

Hi,

Sorry if this is in the wrong section but I purchased your Events Booking extension yesterday and I have not received the email with extension attached.

I have tried login in to my account but it says my account is "blocked" I am desperate to get this up on our website. I have tried emailing but have not had a response yet.

The account I used to purchase the extension has the same email address as this one but with .org.uk on the end not .com (which is this one)

I found and assigned order to your account. You can now access to My Downloads menu item, see your order and download the extension from there now
