Registration Start Date

Hello,
When a visitor registers(signs up for a plan)I get double subcription. the message shows the start date of registration will be 1/1/2100
And in Subscription manager>Edit Subscriber it shows a double of registration for the member, one always starts from 2/5/2016 (which is always the same and its not the date of today) and another 1/1/2100.
How to fix this?

1. Look at the subscription data, I see that the two subscription records you mentioned have wrong data. There is no plans data associated to it for some reasons.

2. Could you please update your site to latest version of Membership Pro (version 2.3.0) and check it again first? If the error still be there after the upgrade, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site. We are going to check to see why it happens and get it sorted
