Where do I edit the pre-filled information?

When I login to joomla as a user prior to a registration, it prefills the form with data i once entered a few years ago.

Where do I find this user information to edit it, change it, or delete it?

I tried joomla edit user, but none of that prefilled data like address, comments, phone, are there.

It is pre-filled from your previous registration records. So if you want to delete, you need to go to Events Booking -> Registrants, find your old registration record and delete it

When I edit a registrant (trying to find the one with the prefill), the link to past events is broken.

How do I get the past events to reappear so I can keep that history running. . . I've got 8 years of events to look through and don't want to loose that data.

Check [Configuration -> Hide Past Events], and make sure it is set to NO, and see if that works (note: this will show all past events to front-end users too!)




I don't know if this would help in your case, but you can also see past events in the Event Manager by clicking the [Past Events] or

I tried both.

But the dropdown lists only goes back three years for me, so anything prior to 2013 doesn't appear in a box when I try to find when I edit the registration from before then. . . .

Actually, the events in the dropdown is controlled by Hide past events from events dropdown, so you should set that config option to Yes

Maybe the event prior to 2013 doesn't display on the dropdown is not being displayed because you unpublish it? That might be the reason causing the issue. If so, then please publish that event and check it again
