POP UP SHOPPING CART

Hi!

I have a little problem when I activate shopping cart.

When I click on REGISTER button it doesn´t show the pop up window, it shows a new page without any css code. It´s strange because it was working fine.

I´ve uninstalled and reinstalled the extension again and it works two or three times but if I change the event view for example it doens´t work any more :huh:

I´ve tried to change agian the event view (default, timeline.. etc) but it doesn´t work in any of them.

I´ve attached screenshots so you can see it.

This issue so strange. Can you switch to default template (protostar template), and check if it still has this issue ?
After that, let's me know.

It´s very strange because sometimes (1 of each 5 or 6) it works fine and shows the pop up

Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and the link to the page which we can register for the events and see the error

We are going to check to see why it happens and get it sorted for you

Hi Tuan!

I don´t have actually the site online, I´m testing it locally

But by the moment don´t worry about it. I can use the extension with the shopping cart deactivated..

I opened the topic to know if you already knew the answer..

If I need int he future the shopping cart I´ll submit a new ticket
