Amount does not update with multiple Fee options

I have a problem -- please help me determine if I set it up wrong or what.

I set it up with multiple Fee options using the Plugin Fee generator.
It works as far as displaying the pricing in the Radio boxes, but once I select anything, it does not update the total in the Payment section -- which is confusing.
Please help!

There must be javascript conflict on your site causing the issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the link to the page
