Map width wrong after upgrade to 2.4.3 was created by Stephan Hodges
Our Google map width was 500 (or 550 not sure). After upgrading from 2.1.0 to 2.4.3, the width is now 700. The general settings for "Map Width" was blank. I changed it to 500, cleared the cache and refreshed the web page multiple times, but the width is still 700 on the web page. I left the "Map Height" value in configuration as blank.
I also have a screen shot, but you should be able to see the problem here:

Joomla 2.4.8

So the "Map width" and "Map height" settings in the main configuration page are ignored? You need to enable the separate "Event Booking Map" plugin and make the setting changes there only?
Or, could I enable the plugin, and then use the main configuration page settings as default?.
I.E. do BOTH sets of settings work?

Sorry to bring up an old thread but may be better than starting a new one.
Thanks for this answer. I would like to set that value from 700px to 100% this would seem to solve every one's issues with resizing and styling. The "Events Bookin - Map plugin" will only accept pixel dimensions. How can I change this to accept 100%?
Cheers,
Carl
