Group Registration Confirmed without Payment?

Hello Tuan,
I am setting up a different site that has group registrations available.
When you click on "process registration" after entering billing and member info, (when it is suppose to go to PayPal) it displays confirmation page as if it were paid. It never took me to the PayPal page, but confirmed group registration?

However, with individual registration is does go to PayPal page. Can you help me fix this?

I checked the issue with Tam this morning and found that it was a mistake with the custom code I created for her. I fixed it and all is working fine now .
