Cannot attach documents to event confirmation

We are suddenly getting a failure in attachments. Trying to do a registration for event 1403, we get

The documents exist and I am able to download using FTP.

We recently upgraded to 2.4.2 and also upgraded to Joomla 3.5.1

This is very serious and impacting my client's business.

That sound strange to me. Could you please download latest version 2.4.3 from My Downloads section, upgrade it to your site, then check it again?

If the issue happens, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account (and FTP account). We are going to check to see why it happens and get it sorted right away

Just want to update that this bugs was fixed and the updated to download package on server. So in case you have this issue, please download latest version from My Downloads section, upgrade it to the site and the error will be gone

This issue will only happen if your event has multiple attachments
