Reminder Mail - Text placeholder don't work

Hi!

The reminder mail for an email doesn't substitute the placeholders. Only the title is correct (Reminder vor Event [Event Title] is displaying the correct event title)

But in the text i read in the mail

Dear [FIRST_NAME] [LAST_NAME], ...

How can i solve this?

That's incorrect. I think there might be something wrong with your settings. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site

We are going to check to see why it happens and get it corrected for you
