Amount field is not updated

I am using a custom radio button field to determine the event fee based on a package option selected by the user.

When a new registrant is created the amount is correctly updated based on the radio . But when the same registration is updated by choosing another package the amount field does not update. What am I missing here?

We have enabled the Registration History view where the user can click on the Event name to edit the registration. And on the edit registration page when the Package option is changed the amount field is not recalculated based on the new package. I have attached the screen shots for reference....

What version of the extension you are using? I remember we disable editing fee option in registration history from quite long time ago (basically, registrant is not allowed to update fee field / options when access to registration history)

Maybe you are using old version? Upgrade to latest version should help solving the issue. (the extension could not update registration amount when users changing fee option, so it disables editing)

We are using version 2.4.2. The system is allowing edits to the Fee field when the registration is in pending status and that's good. And it also saves the changes done in the edit field as well. But it is not recalculating / updating the amount field?? For now we have hidden the amount field since we are showing it in the package custom field description text. But it would be nice if you can provide a fix to recalculate the amount when the user selected a different package provided the registration is still in Pending status.

Another problem is that the Edit form looks different from the initial Event Registration field. And the formating in the Edit form is not looking good when compared to the registration page. WHY? and is there a way to fix this and have both forms look similar.
