Manual CC Payment with SSL

Hello Tuan,
I have my own merchant account however we don't use a gateway like authorize or paypal.
I do not mind manually "approving" a registration once they enter info, but I do need to process their Credit Card Information manually.

If I setup custom fields for CC number, expiration, and 3 digit code, how do I make it compatible with SSL?

Or, would a customization be possible like a payment plugin, like virtuemart, where user can input the cc #, etc. and still process registration, show as confirmed (or deposit made)? But, behind the scenes we as administrators process payment by ourselves?

Hi Tam

The extension does not store creditcard number because it is not safe for your customers. Image if your site is hacked by someone, they can login, access to creditcard database and stolen money from your site members.

The solution is encypted these creditcard numbers. However, it will require custom development and will cost you money. So In this case, I think you should still use online payemnt gateways to get payments from your clients .
