Group registration not asking for all names

Since a later version of Event Booking the Group registration is no longer asking for individual names of participants, it merely asks about number of registrants, only to proceed to where the the group registrant fills out his information.

So now, only the one guy doing the group registration shows up in RegistrantList (/index.php?option=com_eventbooking&view=registrantlist&id=#) , along with the number of registrants under Registrants column.

How can we make it so that the Group registration process asks the group registration person to fill out the other names of the participants, and which organization they belong to, so that they too will show up in the RegistrantList?

There is a global toggle for controlling this.
In Event Booking -> Configuration, make sure that "Collect Members Information in Group Registration" is set to YES.

There are a couple other GROUP MEMBER toggles that you might want to turn on too.

- Include Group Members Records in registrants management
- Include Group Members Records in CSV Export

Ah, so that's what I missed, the "Collect Members Information in Group Registration". I had the other two activated.

I cannot find the toggle for Group Members Records in CSV. I need to have all members exported for security and safety reasons for our events especially for anyone who might get injured we need to have their emergency contact info handy. Each group member has to provide emergency contact details as part of the registration process.

Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option Include Group Members records in Registrants management, set it to Yes and group members records will be exported
