So I seem to get a lot of users who don't quite understand that if they are registering for an event and put a different home address from their credit card billing address I will reject the payment! Thats fine - but the trouble is when the response is 'Payment Declined' that doesn't help them know what they did wrong.
Is it a limitation of the card processing library or EB that means the cause of the error is not stated?
