I'm writing to you because following recent changes on my server, my registrations are marked pending in event booking registrant list, event if they have been confirmed.
FYI, I'm using os_paypal plugin and I just changed of webserver, migrating from an apache to a nginx install, so my IP changed too in the process.
I would like to know, where could it come from: the webserver, the IP or something on the server blocking Paypal return message ? What can I do to test theses hypotheses out ? How does it work ?
Thanks you for reading and maybe answering Tuan !

1. Go to Events Booking -> Payment Plugins, click on os_paypal payment plugin to edit. Set Log IPN messages to Yes
2. Try to make payment for a registration, then submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site so that I can check the log
3. Access to your PayPal account, access to History -> IPN History to see whether there are any IPN messages. If there are, what's the status of that message and where it is sent to
After having the information, we can check it further

That config option can be Yes or No (normally, it should be set to No) and it doesn't affect the PayPal payment plugin
So could you please confirm :
1. Users complete payment
2. You receive payment
3. Registration records still not being displayed from backend of your site?
From your other topic, it seems you mention that users ignore/doesn't make payment?

Hello Tuan. Sorry for the delay. I just set my IPN log parameter "on" and accessed paypal IPN history. The history is full of successful notifications, which is not surprising because it fails only from time to time.
If I understand you well, I need to wait for a case of failure, then to give you access to my superadmin panel for you to know what happened, is that correct ?
Maybe would it be simpler if you told me where the log are, so I can just copy you back here. Tell me what your prefer.
Much regards,
FreddieP
