Is this fee schedule possible?

Is it possible to set up this fee schedule?

• Max 3 registrants
• Individual and group registration for total of 2 registrants is free
• If 3rd registrant, then $10 fee

I can't swear to it, but I think so, but why would you not register the 3rd person as a new registrant? Or are you restricting who can register...

So what I'd try is:
- set indiviudal price as free
- set group 1 and group 2 price as free
- set group 3 price as 3.334
- Max group size 3

I tried that but I got this error:

I also tried the reverse, setting the price to $10 and then setting the Rate/Person to 0 for 1 or 2, and 3.33 for 3. This worked for three, but charged for 1 and 2.
