Second function like Terms and Condition

Hello,
Some events I need a second function as "Terms and Conditions".
It is called "Disclaimer". But it must be disengaged, because I do not need this at all events.

Unfortunately, Events Booking doesn't support this option / feature, so if you want to have it works like that, you will have to customize the extension

This customization will take someone about 2 hours of working and will cost you 30$
