Number of emails sent by auto reminder limit?

Hi. Our shared hosting allows sending 500 emails per hour, is there an issue with changing the "Number Registrants" setting in the reminder plugin to something like 400 emails per batch per hour? Or is it maybe better to lower the cacheTime within the plugin's code from 1200 to something like 600 and send around 100 emails per batch?

Some of our events can have a couple thousand people register and was hoping to send out the reminders a little faster.

Hi Brian

I think we should only send about 100 emails each time to avoid timeout. So if you are worry that it takes few hours for all the emails are sent, you can reduce the time between each batch like you said. At the moment, the time between is 20 minutes ($cacheTime = 1200 , each minute has 60 seconds, so it is just 20 minutes)

You can reduce it to 600 so that the reminder will be sent every 10 minutes if you want
