Redirect after login

On my site content is restricted for registered users. When user follow link to specific event or menu which is Event booking menu and he is not logged in he gets form to login. After login he is always redirected to category page with description of all categories url mysite.com/component/eventbooking/
This is not happening when user is following link to page which is not event booking page.

Is there anyway to set other default page after login? Ideally it would be if user could be redirected to the page where he initially intended to go, before logging.

I am having exactly the same problem. Event booking login form doesn't work, visitors can login using joomla login form and book the event but not the Event booking login form, it redirect to mysite.com/component/eventbooking/index.php. All category.

Unfortunately not. As a walk around I've used CB and auto actions. I've created redirect action after login to my default page with events.

In your first message you say "not logged in he gets form to login", was the login form eb's integrated or Joomla deceitful?

Asking because I reported a bug similar sounding, but only if the user had already registered for the event. Wondering if related.

I'm using CB integration so the login module is from CB.
