Hello,
I want to install he Paypal Pro Plugin to get payments for events.
Could you explain me in detail how to proceed?
From whom or where do I receive the API Username, API Password and API Signature ?

You get these from your PayPal account - Sandbox for testing and real account for live usage. You need to upgrade your account to PayPal Pro
