Is there a opportunity to create individual "Registration Email Messages" and indiviual invoices for different events?

Edit the event, look at Advanced Settings tab, there are some messages which you can entered for your specific event, If you leave these messages empty, the global messages in Events Booking -> Emails & Messages will be used

Unfortunately, it is not possible and not supported in Events Booking yet. If you really need it, you can customize it yourself, it should not be hard

Right now, I don't see many customers need it, so I have no plan to support it yet
