Make offline payment status 'paid'

I'm running one site for a business organization whose members usually pay at the door. Can I change the status to automatically be listed as 'paid,' clients still want to receive the invoice (so their accounting dept can send them to the event with a check)

Wait - their names seem to appear on the list. There was one registrant who didn't appear, but they had a couple failed paypals first which must have kept their names off the list. Now that we're using Stripe, things are going much better.

I think there was discussion about having the offline payment NOT generate an invoice until after payment was received - as some (like me) use the check in QRCode in the invoice, and wouldn't want non-paid folks to get that until they send in the payment. Tuan may have to make that option a toggle in the offline payment plugin.
