Some Registrants Missing In Registrant List

Hello, I'm having a problem with my installation where ever since I deleted a couple entries in the registrants list, some new registrants don't show up in the full list on the backend or frontend view. However, whenever I export the .csv of the registrants list, they are there. I've also heard that they haven't been receiving the emails upon registration either (only the people who aren't showing up in the list) What could be the issue here?

Using version 2.3.1
Joomla version 3.4.8

Hi Jacob

The question is what payment method these registrants are using? If they were using PayPal, maybe you should update your site to latest version 2.3.2 as we might have issue with PayPal on some server on version 2.3.1.

For those missing registrants, please follow the instructions below to get them back

1. Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option Show Pending Registration records, set it to Yes

2. Then go to Events Booking -> Registrants, find these missing records, change the status from Pending to Paid

3. After that, change the config option above to No (show that it will hide the registration records which abandon payments)

It's actually for a free event. It seems to only not show up when it's for group registration as opposed to individual

Maybe something wrong with your settings. Could you submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and tell me what records are missing

I will check to see what's the actual reason of the error and get it corrected for you

Hello!  I have similar issue in this post, but the setting described in this post to make a 'fix' or change, does not seem to exist, now that we are nine years later than this post and many things have had version changes in that time.

My client accesses the Export All feature on the front end and compares to a PayPal payment history record.  The Export feature on the backend also does this.  Recently, Get All Registrants was performed and since a certain date, Dec 17, 2025, all Registrations from that time were not included in the Export.  But, these Registrants do exist in the database, so I was able to deliver that for the client.

What may we need to do to adjust so that all Registrants will be included in the Get All Records download?  It seems there are missing Registrations that are group and that are singular.

It could cause by something wrong with the setup. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of the site and tell us ID of the missing registration records so that I can check?
