Problem with payment

Hello,

I realized the update of Event Booking 2.1 to 2.3.2
But now I have a problem for payment.
I activie two methods of payment by bank transfer (os_offline) and PAYPAL (os_paypal), but there is not the possibility to choose the payment method. See the image.
What should I do?

I think thats a CSS issue - click the radio button next to Virement and then press the right cursor does it untick? Press left cursor key does it tick again? If so there is a radio button hiding somewhere under some text ...
