No invoice sent using Paypal sandbox was created by Roger D
EB 2.3.2 isn't sending invoice to either client or admin when using sandbox paypal (invoice settings both are selected). Please confirm if bug only with sandbox or is bug with paypal live as well, thank you.

It is hard to say it is a bug or not. Sometime, PayPal sandbox is not reliable. From my testing, it is still working well with PayPal sandbox.

I think you should test it with a live transaction (maybe 1$ transaction) to see the result

Tested it with live paypal and still no invoice sent to registrant or admin (both selected in invoice settings). ICS and attachment was sent.
Invoice was generated and saved to invoice folder and viewable in reg history and back end.

EB event_booking_unzip_first_2.3.2 - 20160215 @ 13:44 (latest as I type this).

Also, look at Invoices Settings tab in Configuration of Events Booking, make sure you set Send Invoice to Admin and Registrants config options to Yes

Hi Tuan,

Status is marked "paid" and as noted above send to Admin and Registrants is checked. I've attached two screen caps for verification. This started between EB 2.1.1 and current version (not sure when). Can you ensure on your end invoices are sending with latest version?

Any plugins that need to be published I may be overlooking?

UPDATE: a little hard to explain, plz read closely

I monitored the invoice folder while registering.

1) The registration email was sent (no invoice attached)
2) checked the invoice folder via ftp a few minutes later, no invoice created
3) Via dashboard went to registrants list, link to invoice is displayed, but still no invoice in folder.
4) clicked invoice in dashboard and as it started to open an invoice was NOW created in invoice folder.

in short, no invoice generated in invoice folder until viewed from dashboard registrants list.

Edit:
Confirmed: registrant viewing reg history and clicking view invoice also creates the invoice for the first time.

Edit:
Compared to EB 2.1.1: Invoice is generated right after registration without having to click any links to see it. Seems the routine is different since 2.1.1

Invoice not sending issue is FIXED, thank you!
