Page Title in Menu Settings

Hi,
I noticed there was a discussion on this forum regarding the menu option "Page Title". I just created a few new menu items (List Registrants) and tried to set the Page Title for those menu items, and it is not displayed.

I saw that 8 months ago you were going to attempt to fix it. Did you get it fixed?

I need to be able to show something on these pages - I have 5 different menu items for 5 different events, and it's difficult for users to see which event they are looking at!

By the way, just to follow up on this: I tried inserting "[EVENT_TITLE]" into the translation but it didn't work. If you are having trouble fixing the code for the Joomla page title, adding the code to pick this up might be another option.

What I was trying to do was to put the name of my event on the Registrant List. One way would be to manually use Page Title for each menu item to display the event name, so it would show as:

"Name of the event"
"Registrant List"

I noticed that some of the phrases in the translation section used the code [EVENT_TITLE] to insert the name of the event in a phrase. I was hoping that the code for registrant list had this feature.

It was just another way for me to insert the name of the event with the Registrants List. For example, one of my events is named "Optimist". I was thinking that I could use the Translation section and change the phrase from "Registrants List" to "[EVENT_TITLE] - Registrant List". So, the result would show as "Optimist - Registrant List". Just another way of putting the name of the event on the Registrant List.

Just a suggestion for you if the Page Title coding gets to be too difficult!
