AFAIK its just a bug fix release.
Unless you have a bug I'd wait for 3.2.3 as there is at least one bug in 3.2.2

There were some small changes to improve the Stripe payment gateway integration ( joomdonation.com/forum/events-booking-ge....html?start=10#76185 ). I also added a new config option to allow sending invoice to registrants who use offline payment only when admin approve the registration.

That's just a minor improvement, so I don't mention it in the new version release
